This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding paid subscriptions for Fauxy, an AI-powered photo generation application.

1. Subscription Plans

Fauxy offers three types of recurring subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: Billed every 7 days.
• Monthly Subscription: Billed every month.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed every 12 months.

2. Features Included

All premium plans may include but are not limited to:

• Weekly credit allocations for image generation
• Access to exclusive AI styles and features
• Ad-free experience
• Watermark-free image outputs

3. Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are charged to your iTunes or Google Play account upon confirmation. All plans automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trials and Promotions

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased. Promotional pricing and trial eligibility may vary by user or region.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s app store account settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
